I had met with Todd in the Fall to discuss a potential building site for my development company. Within 1 week, he located a corner lot with over 11,000 square feet of potential mixed use space on a major intersection in our desired neighbourhood. A perfect fit for what we were aiming to build.

We visited the site the next day, and in under a week, we had our offer accepted by the owners for $400,000 under the original listing price, which was 25%. We even managed to negotiate an extended closing date for my company which helped us with the applications at the city.
